SHAKING is a movement for all bodies that can be used to regulate your nervous system. There is no wrong way to SHAKE! Anyone can SHAKE! (Our cells are in fact shaking all the time). The practice begins with an opening circle, then one hour of continuous shaking to music with an emphasis on what feels good for your body, and ends with a few minutes of rest.
